Step 1. Quotation

Step 2. Project Start


Once you accept the design quotation, and we agree upon your timeline and define your requirements, the project will be off and running, and on it's way to making your business flourish.


Step 3. Briefing


The project starts with a briefing period of questions and answers. I provide you with a short questionnaire which will guide you with a set of questions, the answers to which will help inform me about your business.

Step 4. Clarification


Once we clarify any outstanding questions we might have, I'll recommend best course of action, if needed, or get to work assuming all the details provided are complete.

Step 5. Initial Design


I will get to work creating the initial design concepts. Depending on the project type, the initial concepts could come to you in as little as 24-48 hours. These will give you insights to the direction I decided to take from the brief.

Step 6. Feedback


You consider the initial deisgn concepts, and provide feedback on your favorites. With the feedback you provide me, I generate the next set of concepts refining ideas with your feedback in mind.

Step 7. Refinement


I continue to refine the design based on your feedback. From color, to fonts, to images and layouts, I continue to refine and customize the design until it meets with your complete satisfaction. With my Unlimited Revision Guarantee, you can feel free to ask for changes as I gradually narrow the options down until we arrive at the final design.

Step 8. Final Production


Once we arrive at the final chosen design, whether it's a logo or a Web site design, I then generate the final files. This might be preparing a library of final logo files, or generating the html code for a Website or creating the final advertisement file which will be sent to a printer.

Step 9. Final Delivery


Depending on the type of project, final files are provided to you either electronically, delivered via email, or downloaded through our secured Website via FTP, or shipped to you on CD or DVD. On Special request printers will be found and the final printed material boxed and shipped to your premesis.

Step 10. Final Payment


Once you have received the final files, the balance of payment is made and another satisfied THIS IS WORK Design client is served and your project is completed. Final ownership of all copyright to the designed work passes to you upon payment clearance.
